People judge me with not even knowing me , they call neighbors, It is not fear to pay for the damages that past landlords did to the neighborhood. It was easy for them to say take the mercantile license away without knowing the whole story behind. I just pray to GOD for his forgiveness to all these people that caused all the damaged to my family . GOD bless all !!

Dear Residents,
I for one agree with animal house girl. The kids were trying to have the time of their lives (which they most certainly did) and enjoy themselves before dispersing for college. Everyone was a kid once and did the same stuff so don't act like you never did it before. Hope you have a good rest of the year. Asta lavista, baby.

I Live on W Montgomery Avenue, and had to put up with about 10 21 Year Olds living in the House next door to Me, for the Entire Summer, when clearly I was told by one of the Renters that only 2 are listed on the Lease. The Police were called many times this Season due to Noise and them Puking on the side of My House, and throwing garbage on My property. They never took their Trash to the Curb, and several Summons was issued by the City to the SLUM-LORD who was so desperate for Money since His House has been up for Sale for Years, but since He lives out of State, could care less what and who He rented to, just so He can get some Money. The Noise level was so intense at times, the Parties went on until 4 & 5am, even on Weekdays. We live here all Year and will call the Police Every Night next Season if this SLUM-LORD rents to College People again, and will make sure that His License for Renting is also cancelled. Animal House will not happen again on West Montgomery Avenue for Season 2010. SLUM-LORDS need to be Run out of Town.
