Philadelphia Man Charged in 2008 Wildwood Rape

WILDWOOD-- Philadelphia resident James Moless, 26 is charged with a 2008 aggravated sexual assault, according to the Press of Atlantic City.
Moless, was being held in state prison serving a three year sentence on an unrelated drug charge when his DNA matched DNA collected during a 2008 rape investigation.
Moless, is now being held in the Cape May County jail on $200,000 bail.
