COURT HOUSE— A pedestrian was struck here on Court House-South Dennis Road in front of Wendy’s on Sunday, June 28 around 9:05 p.m.

The victim was transported to Cape Regional Medical Center by Middle Township Ambulance Corps and Medic 5 for non-life threatening injuries.

Officers from the Stone Harbor Police Department and County Sheriff’s Department assisted with traffic.

The accident is under investigation by Middle Township police.
