South Jersey Hurricanes Win U.S National Title

CAPE MAY — Recently the South Jersey Hurricanes street hockey team competed at the U.S. National Championship in Leominister, Massachusetts and won.

The Hurricanes, made up of kids from the lower end of Cape May County, won the title for the 10-12 year old Beaver B division bringing home the National Title.

In the Championship game against Athol, it was 3-3 going into the third period, but the Hurricanes pulled out a 7-3 win.
