Ocean Galleries presents sculptor Frederick Hart

The works of American master sculptor Frederick Hart will be on exhibition at Ocean Galleries, 9618 Third Ave., Stone Harbor, June 26 through July 6.
There will be special lectures on June 26 and July 3 at 7:30 p.m.
Hart is recognized for creating work traditional in its adherence to the human figure and at the same time radical in its sensuality, innovative in its materials, and presenting a renewed esthetic towards beauty.
The monumental scale and historic significance of his work has won him prestigious recognition internationally. Hart was awarded the national Medal of Arts, the highest honor awarded by our country to artists and art patrons, placing him in the ranks of the most distinguished American artists of the 20th century.
