All I want to say to this kids family and friends is... I know the truth about what happend that day because I was there, and the woman he assualted is truly one of the nicest and sweetest old women I have ever met. Believe me, he did not try to drunkenly console her, and she was not even crying, she was doing her laundy as she has done the same way for years, he he just happend to see her, and she was the only one outside. Even still I am glad that he was caught because he obviously needs some help, especially if what I am reading is true this isnt his first time. I am just sorry for him, and hope that he gets some help with what ever sexual issues he may have...most likley someone hurt him in his life also. But I just want to say, as angry as you are about people saying things about him because hes your family and you love him, and thats understandable, dont live in denial of the truth, and instead get him help and support him. The channels does not have video camera's but he really did confess. Unfortantly do the crime, you have have to deal with the consequences, so hopfully he will learn from this.

Everyone calm down. This young man will face the charges against him. It is my understanding that he was highly intoxicated and walked from a friend's home. He ended up at the channel apartments. It is possible that this young man could have been in a black out when he put his arm around this woman. He did not rape her. He did not have sex with her. Let the system take its course. He is entitled to a fair trial with a jury and in our nation like it or not, he is innocent until proven guilty in a Court of law. Some cannot handle alcohol and Don who is just 19 is finding out that alcohol is not for him. Don will be accountable for the choices that he makes in life. All of us are accountable for our choices. He probably didn't even know this woman was challenged. Rumor has it he saw the woman crying and he put his arm around her to console her and she panicked. Have you ever had a drunk person walk up and put there arm around you and hang on you trying to talk to you? It happens all the time in bars, etc. Perhaps he scared her and she ran to report it to someone. This whole thing could be blown way out of proportion. Some frined to let him walk home after serving him alcohol under age in their home. WOW there something missing to this puzzle...... it will all come out in time..;...
