Another great job by the Herald staff to report this incident. The video was good and will show people just how these things can happen. This type of incident is not all that uncommon so people have to know to call 911 and stay away from the area when it does. The Herald is rapidly becoming the premiere reporting news source for our area. A welcome addition for sure. Again, great job!

What is going on with the "Mobile Alert System" I have had to reregister quite a few times because I just stopped receiving messages and this was the first text I received in more than two weeks? What's up with that? I'm sure I'm not the only one.
