Bail Hearing Set for Man Accused of Inappropriate Contact with 12-Year-Old

SOUTH SEAVILLE — A local man accused of criminal sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl will have a bail hearing Thursday, Nov. 20.
Tom Moran, 48, was arrested Nov. 7 at his home in South Seaville for allegedly inappropriately touching a pre-teen girl at the Acme in Hamilton Township on Oct. 19.
Moran is being held in Atlantic County jail on $250,000 bail.
His bail hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 3 at the Atlantic County Criminal Complex, 4997 Unami Boulevard, Mays Landing before Superior Court Judge Robert Neustadter.
