WILDWOOD — Can’t get enough of the city’s bi-monthly Commissioner’s Meetings?
After the camera has been rolling at Wildwood Commission meetings here since May 2007, fans can finally watch the action on Google.
Commissioner Gary DeMarzo, who has been using his personal video equipment to record Commission meetings, told the Herald that he has started uploading the taped meetings to Google’s video site. The Oct. 22 and Nov. 12 meetings are currently available online.
Although it isn’t the same as actually sitting in the second floor meeting hall, agenda in hand, residents have said that the videos would help keep them updated on the city’s business if they couldn’t make it to City Hall. For many out-of-town property owners or those dealing with job obligations or illness, watching the videos online might be their only opportunity to understand how the city government is run.
And then there is the entertainment factor.
No telling if the online videos will reach the legendary status of the taped broadcasts when former Mayor Duane Sloan and Commissioner Fred Wager frequently went at it, but the Nov. 12 meeting at about 20 minutes in, gets particularly interesting.
To navigate to the videos, go to Google Video home page at http://video.google.com and type “City of Wildwood” in the search bar.
DeMarzo said that once the city’s Web site is reconfigured, the meeting videos would be posted there as well.
“This will be another way to keep tabs on your local politicians,” he said.
In July of this year, Commissioner Bill Davenport questioned the legality of DeMarzo using his personal video equipment to film Commission meetings. That issue stemmed from whether DeMarzo is acting in his official capacity as a Commissioner or a citizen of the city when making the recordings.
DeMarzo has argued that the video equipment, including the tapes, are his “personal possessions” and had promised that the video will be made available to the public through a “non city associated Web site.”

Gary DeMarzo wants the city to operate by the book. The mayor is a liar, a hot head, and apparently has no sense of order. Gary fights for the people and for the correct path. The cost of the fire truck is not the issue, it is the way it was purchased that is the issue. I love the "gold bar for a dollar" comment. Gary is intelligent, insightful, honest and Wildwoods only chance for change. Give'em Hell Gary!

Passionate about Wildwood through the meetings are you kidding me, you must be a relative of Troiano"s, he cares about Wildwood, he said he lowered taxes, wow from 25 cents to 10 cents, every year taxes go up, he has done nothing but created taxes to go up, he the Mayor needs an advisory committe to help him, i dont have any confidence in somebody like that, a town as small as wildwood is there shouldn't be real estate taxes going through the roof, its obvious he has no clue how to govern the city of wildwood, and the next Mayor will only have to inherit a fiasco that he created.

To11/20/08-4:56PM: I came to the conclusion the Mayor was passionate about Wildwood through meetings, conversations, his participation in WW events and his record of volunteering. No one can draw a conclusion about a man from a 2 minute videotape. Once again, I am not condoning his behavior on that clip, but I feel he has demonstrated that he cares about this city in many other ways.
I also agree that we need to change our form of government. We need to have a Mayor and Council instead of 3 Commissioners. This just isn't working. This type of government requires a great deal of communication and cooperation among the commissioners that just isn't happening. Now there's a petition I would sign!
And those of you who think all of Wildwood's problems will be solved by having Mr.De Marzo as Mayor are kidding themselves. When he doesn't, and our taxes skyrocket next year, you will only have yourselves to blame...and the citizens of Wildwood will blame you as well.

The truth is the City is way over staffed and needs to be cut back simce Troiano took over we whent from 165 full time to 230 fulltime we need to CONTRACT OUT TRASH,PARKS DEPT. Go to all VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPT. Get rid of CONSTRUCTION OFFICE by letting NJ. State do inspections. and bring city hall up to date .The mayor has proven nothing but causeing city to be burried in debt. Nothing left to sell for quick fix so look at MAYOR TAX HIKES for the next years. If we can only recall him and Davenport maybe the cuts will take place and no more tax hikes but tax reduction. It is true that can happen by SELLING WATER DEPT. and contract out certain service. KEEP THE PAID AMBULANCE.... and CUT BACK ALL THE RANK IN POLICE DEPT. .....No more talk on fantasy projects we need to fix the problem as soon as posible so the RECALL IS THE THING TO DO.

Wildwood does not just need a new mayor. It needs those currently in place to grow a working relationship. It needs those in place to start sharing idea's, to stop excepting gifts for some type of reward. To stop using Remington Vernick as engineers as they are over charging. To continue having WEEKLY concerts and events, but managed properly. But most of all they must start cutting spending, reduce the workforce, and negtiate better contracts for the taxpayer.
Totaly eliminate the trash collection and sub out to private contractor. No more 9 trash trucks and about 250G, no more driver saleries or laborer saleries. No more repairman at hih saleries. That's my suggestion. What's yours?
Put positive ideas forward. Stop bashing everyone. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM.

Look Wildwood has been a sore eye for so long, now citizens of wildwood realize there is a problem in goverment, it starts with the town Wildwood, since Commissioner Demarzo was elected its changing, we all knew there was corruption going on, do they the pro Troiano faction want him in office no, because is knows what is right from wrong, and he is doing the right thing, no more political lies from the Mayor and his puppet, look at the voter fraud, i guess if it not for voter fraud he "Troiano would not be in office. WILDWOOD NEEDS A NEW MAYOR...
Thu, 11/20/2008 - 7:24pm
There are several obvious steps that need to be taken to restore fiscal sanity to the City of Wildwood. The Mayor and his laky will not do the right thing because it will destroy part of their political power base. They need to fire the city engineer, consolidate the 2 volunteer fire companies into one, abolish the Construction Office of the Wildwoods, get rid of UEZ czar, and main street. A lot of money would be saved with just these suggestions without the loss of any city services.
Thu, 11/20/2008 - 7:20pm
North Wildwood hosts free concerts twice a week and they love them. My family and friends have thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday concerts this summer. Leave it to the Wildwood whiners to keep complaining and ruin a good thing for this town.

Imagine Wildwood continued under the reign of current Wildwood Administration........scary vision. Can you imagine what Wildwood will look like if they were to finish their terms....................increase in abandon and vacant buildings, increase in vacant lots(increase in concrete LOL), substantial tax increases annually(to pay for all the hole patchings of the team), increasing loss of businesses in the city (people who don't want to live here won't make a business here! But then there's "Troiano runs a successful concrete business---imagine that), continued wasteful spending (their record speaks for itself--wait till you see the expeditures), continued lack of concern for the city and its taxpayers (they are not being included in decision making of purchases and sales for the city and by the city), continued nepotism, continued unprofessional displays of behavior (Meetings are a SIDESHOW CIRCUS--WATCH FOR YOURSELVES--PITIFUL!!), The continued inability of the team to come together for the City and Taxpayers is hugely being overlooked by them (can't see the forest for the trees)----------The team should realize it shouldn't be for themselves or their special interests persons, parties or cronies. Should be for the good of the taxpayers-----------without us----------------well, where would you all be (wait let me answer---you wouldn't have a job in City Hall guys)? That is the question!! You gentlemen work for US the TAXPAYERS? Why is it that you haven't been doing WHAT is best of us all?
Thu, 11/20/2008 - 5:40pm
Gary....can you just admit that you have no idea what you are talking about or how to even run a municipality??????? If you dont like the way the "State" of NJ is run....then YOU should be up in Trenton fighting your hopeless fight there...change starts at that level...get taxation laws changed up in Trenton...our Mayor cares about our community, you just care about getting your name printed in the papers...well congrats Mr. Demarzo, you are famous now in Cape May County!!!!!! Wooo Hooo, can we get the man a cigar!!!!! I bet you would throw your own mother under the bus too, if it would make you famous in Cape May County....hey while you're at it...can you cure cancer for us too or maybe world hunger?????? It would be asking too much of you to come up with a solution for world peace wouldnt it....You are not PART of the problem in Wildwood, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!

To 11/20/08-1:38 p.m. - You admit Troiano was out of control, however, you say there's no question he is passionate about the City. I don't know if you were looking at the same videotapes I was, but I see no passion there, I see Mayor Troiano acting like a 10 year-old school boy in a man's body who when he doesn't get his way or someone disagrees with him takes a temper tantrum losing control of himself accusing, maligning, calling names and cursing, and even going so far as calling citizens liars and malcontents because they write letters to the paper. This is an outrage that this man isn't in jail. I think what he's so angry about is the fact that the recall will work and his and Davenport's gravy trains will be over. What did these two guys give up to run this City? Gary De Marzo gave up an $80,000/yr. job and has to take the constant maligning and abuse from these two bozos for $20,000/yr. all to do the right and moral thing trying to help the taxpayers and citizens of Wildwood stay in their homes by uncovering these guys for what they are. Thanks to you Commissioner De Marzo. Keep up the good work. Everybody should get in line to sign these recalls.

The events at Fox Park did not help Boardwalk businesses and only cost money ,These events should be held by a PRIVATE CO. and not have the City P.W. clean up the events. BY far it cost TAX payers money to repair Fox Park after events. We need events but should be sponserd and run by a private event co. Not the personal interest to MAYOR.
Thu, 11/20/2008 - 4:27pm
In response to last comment ,look around businesses are closeing ,boarded up buildings ,and property businesses behind on bills and behind on tax payments. Wildwood is falling down do to the Mayor and high budget and over paid people . The word is out to not invest in a sink hole like Wildwood . Just look at the Mayor yelling at meeting makes Wildwood look like a JOKE . Wildwood was much better 10 years ago with more resturaunts and motels and stores open each year since Troiano was elected in we lost Businesses and Motels and Resturaunts and brought in more debt. and abandoned propertys and vacant lots and more boarded up buildings. I for one is trying top sell my property but when the new interesting people look at TAX they leave and no response. Wildwood is leading by a LIER MAYOR trying to bull words about high rise hotels but the fact is they will never build in a 3 month resort no Bank or Investment firm will invest in a RED ZONE map that covers Wildwood .Red Zone is a high foureclouser and bank owned propertys and abandoned propertys. Why do we need a nother Fire Truck when we have 4 other island fire depts. What a waste of there money . The only thing that should be done is RECALL Mayor and Davenport
Thu, 11/20/2008 - 4:01pm
Sure Demarzo is no knight in shining armor, but that doesn't changed the fact that Troiano and Davenport need to go. If anything, recall all three. Being passionate and caring about the city just don't cut it. We've heard that pathetic line of reasoning for too long. Troiano and Davenport are not intelligent or diplomatic enough to handle the business of government responsibly. Troiano particularly panders to developers and has an overblown vision for Wildwood's future. Enough with the high rises and the ratable chase. The ratables tripled during the house boom and taxes only increased. Then Ernie claimed "your taxes went up cause your property values went up." Either he knows that's not how property taxation works and he is lying to mislead the residents(which wouldn't surprise me) or he is totally ignorant of one of the basic principles of municipal governance(which is just as likely given his general mismanagement of the town's finances).
Troiano is arrogant and rude to citizens and has condescended us for far longer and more frequently than has Demarzo. Demarzo has been on the side of residents on numerous issues(videotaping meetings, supporting recall(not secretly) to express our outrage at business as usual, supporting due process instead of classic Wildwood corner cutting, realistic visions of development, etc). There is an atmosphere of corruption, cronyism and nepotism in Wildwood that Troiano does nothing but perpetuate. Hundreds of residents no longer have any confidence in him, for good reason. Troiano and Davenport do nothing but contribute to Wildwood's "beaten down Image." Taxpaying residents, unable to handle these ridiculous taxes and irresponisible governance, are being forced out of the city in droves. The taxes and incompetence are also keeping the smart money away from Wildwood. Demarzo need not be our new mayor. I can think of scores of educated, professional, competent people for mayor whom I would far prefer to Ernie Troiano.
Thu, 11/20/2008 - 1:38pm
Yes, Mayor Troiano was out of control, and he needs to do something about it. However, there is no question he is passionate about this city. He loves Wildwood and wants to see this city prosper. He is working very hard to get businesses to invest in this city again and to improve the beaten-down image it has.
Mr. De Marzo on the other hand has done nothing but cost the taxpayers money with his frivolous law suits, the recall that he is secretly supporting, and his own soaring budget. He is more interested in seeing the Mayor fail than in seeing the city do well. His own personal vendetta is more important to him.
Do you really want him running this city? Did you hear the way he spoke to that representative from the fire company... like he was 3 years old? How condescending! Mr. De Marzo would "nickel and dime" us to death. How would you feel about parking meters in front of your house? He would also do away with the attractions at Fox Park and all of the other events that are bringing tourists back to Wildwood. Businesses are finally coming back to this city. Without the tourists, businesses leave...just watch what happens to your taxes then.
Be careful what you wish for. You may get Mr. De Marzo as Mayor. God help us all!
Thu, 11/20/2008 - 1:29pm
I have a problem with the battalion chief of a volunteer fire company driving around in the command car. He uses it as his personal vehicle we pay for the gas. Oh that’s right Wildwood has more take home vehicles then Philadelphia. He says he patrols the streets like a crime watch? Being untrained if he gets into a problem which results in a civil suit I guess we will pay for everything. But he is trying to save money, ya right. Davenport is just dummier then a stump keeping Atlantic Avenue closed make the owner correct the situation or is he a contributor.
Thu, 11/20/2008 - 10:39am
WHAT DO YOU NEED A VOLUNTEER FIRE TRUCK FOR WHEN YOU YOU HAVE A CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT, YOU HAVE NO HUGE INFRASTRUCTURE, YOUR'E OVERSTAFFED AS IT IS.
Thu, 11/20/2008 - 8:32am
I think all of Spouters are missing the point here. You just can't go and spend money without going threw proper channels. If it is a TRUE Volunteer organization then why do they need to have it titled and insured with the City tax dollars. Nothing in this world is free and how much is this truck going to cost in the future maintenance, repair etc. keep in mind they paid $10,000.00 for a 25 year old piece of machinery that already lost its depreciation and that somebody else does not want . Another point if this truck is so desperately needed why was it not budgeted for or apply for a grant or a corporate donation . I think the entire point is that a few people cannot just do what they want with other peoples money whenever they want in these DESPERATE times !!!
Thu, 11/20/2008 - 7:32am
OK IM GOING TO COME OUT AND ASK THE QUESTION WE THE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW.WHERE CAN WE SIGN THIS PETITION TO OUT OUR MAYOR.? WHERE DO WE GO?? WHAT TIME? WHAT DAY? PLEASE SOMEONE POST A DATE AND TIME AND WE THE PEOPLE OF WILDWOOD WILL BE THERE TO SIGN IT. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
Thu, 11/20/2008 - 6:41am
The City of Wildwood has always been a joke. Now, with those in office, it is worse! This city will never, never, never be run the proper way. Too many good old boys in charge. Maybe some day someone will run who cares about the town & it's people. Not their own personal agendas. Now that the meetings are being posted again, we can again watch "clown style meetings" when we are not able to get down there. Does anyone not act profesional anymore? Not these clowns! (all three of them) Get Real!

Wed, 11/19/2008 - 9:34pm; Why do stupid people post?
Ernie Troiano doesn't get to vote on Wildwoods Paid fire Dept issues as a commissioner because it is a conflict with his son being a PAID firefighter.
Just like Gary DeMarzo doesn't get to vote on the paid police dept issues because he was and will once again be a paid Police office.
Troiano does get to vote as a batallion chief on issues pertaining to the volunteer dept. This is not a city entity. It is entirely volunteer and self supportive and works only to maintain the safety of the citizens of wildwood.
Now if DeMarzo wants to start a neighborhood watch program and recruit some volunteers to ensure the safety of our citizens. He can be the president and vote on anything he would like pertaining to that watch and how it spends the money it has raised through fundraisers and donation drives.
Oh wait .....I must be dreaming ....DeMarzo doesn't volunteer or give his time or stick his neck out for anyone but him.
We may not all agree with Troiano but I'd certainly rather have him to rely on than DeMarzo

Are you people *** or did you just not listen to the words on the video?
Let me spell it out for you in simple steps ....
#1 - WILDWOODS VOLUNTEER (NEVER PAID OR RECIEVING A DIME, BUT SAVING YOUR LIVES ANYWAY) DEPARTMENT BOUGHT A FIRE TRUCK
#2 - THE TRUCK WAS PAID FOR THROUGH DONATIONS AND FUNDRAISERS NOT BY THE CITY
#3 - THE PURCHASE WENT THROUGH THE PROPER CHANNELS BY RECEIVING BIDS ETC.
#4 - DETECTIVE DICK DEMARZO TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF TO NEVER ASK ABOUT THIS PURCHASE BUT ASSUME (MAKING AN ASS OF TAXPAYER YOU AND ME) THERE WAS SOME UNDERHANDED DIRTY DEED TAKING PLACE AND REPORTED NOT ONLY COMMISSIONER DAVENPORT BUT ALSO THE VOLUNTEER DEPARTMENT WHO SO GENOROUSLY DONATED THIS GIFT THAT WASN'T PAID FOR BY ANYTHING BUT THEIR HARD WORK.
#5 - AS REPORTED IN THE VIDEO AND SUBSEQUENT LEGAL DOCUMENTS. ALL OF THE I'S WERE DOTTED AND THE T'S WERE CROSSED AND THERE IS NO ISSUE WITH THE ACTUAL PURCHASE BUT NOW THERE ARE SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS IN LEGAL FEES FOR THE TAXPAYERS TO PAY.
THE GAME IS OVER1 WE MAY HAVE ALL SEEN THE MAYORS UNPROFESSIONAL OUTBURST BUT WOULDN'T WE ALL BE PISSED IF WE SAW A NICE DEED TAKE PLACE AND SOMEBODY MADE IT AN UGLY MARK FOR AN ENTIRE CITY TO BE RIDICULED OVER. GET REAL FOLKS GARY DEMARZO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU HE JUST A POMPASS ***.

Someone wrote: Can someone explain what the problem would be? Are you kidding me. It is apparet that you are not familiar with the City of Wildwood and the current situation is that is happening in Wildwood everyday. So I'll do my best to fill YOU in on just a few of the "problems".
Lets start with Comm.Davenport. A 26 year carreer firefighter, and 33 year volunteer, within the City of Wildwood who dosen't understand that there is proper procedure for the prchase of a used fire truck, or for that matter, anything. Elected official that does not understand that protocall established by State Goverment rules and regulations regarding a municipal goverment purchasing anything. Therefore no need to keep Gordan Ball PURCHASING Officer for the city, employed. That's a savings of about 60k.
Second, Comm DavenPORK excepts Flyers tickets from a Sergeant of Police, goes to the Hockey game, returns, and two months later promotes that Sergeant to Lieutenant. Now the department has one Chief, two Captains, five Lieutenants, seven Sergeants for a total of give or take a few dollars $1,400,000 in salary. Nothing wrong with that. Six promotions made 30 days before the election while DavenPORK was in charge.
Mayor TURDiano is the Deputy Chief of the Holly Beach Fire Company, and treasure. The fire Company pays $9,500 to a career Captain who took it upon himself to purchase a used heavy duty fire truck, then sells it to the volunteers. TURDiano And DavenPORK say they followed procedure and got bids, but refuse to show the documents. Sounds like the cart was put before the horse.
And speaking about TURDiano.....his son is a career firefighter who is the union president currently negotiating a new contract with the city. Another NO Conflict there.
And we haven't even discussed the "HIGH RISES".
What's the problem....ARE YOU KIDDING ME!
Wed, 11/19/2008 - 8:04pm
The Horse is out of the barn, the residents of wildwood are fed up with the the Mayor and are finally voicing their opinions about the corruption going on in City hall, the solution is for a Recall to take place, it needs to be done.
Wed, 11/19/2008 - 7:43pm
The question did what it was suppose to do............................stimulate people to speak their minds here!! Not bad, huh???? Hope there will be more like you to keep the momentum going.....................RECALL, RECALL, RECALL
Never underestimate the power of the people!!

Recall the arrogant insects that prey on the blood of the Wildwood taxpayer!
Wed, 11/19/2008 - 3:07pm
Its disturbing to see a Mayor act the way he did, very unprofessional he should take up some anger management classes, Commissioner Demarzo had every right to question the purchase of the so called fire truck, just another example of wasteful spending. In the course of 365 days a year how many times has the fire department been called out on fires, that department is overstaffed, whats considered a big fire to Wildwood Sams pizza. Recall needs to come Quickly.
Wed, 11/19/2008 - 2:38am
This city's purchases never take into account the maintaining of the purchases. We now have to pay insurance, utilities, staff and maintenance for a community center. We are the only town that has its own trash trucks. No other town is stupid enough to buy trash trucks that sit idle half the winter. They contract it out to waste mamagement, who actually care about logistics. The volunteer fire truck is just another city truck that we have to pay to maintain and paint the city logo on. I saw a city truck with a painted logo "parking meter maintenance". How often is that truck used. 22 city employees making over $80,000, not including benefits and pension. Layoffs and equipment sales are needed, not reckless spending.
Tue, 11/18/2008 - 11:02pm
What a disgrace all 3 of them this town is in dire straights and all Demarzo can come up with is attack a volunteer fire dept and Troaino wants to argue with him they need to start selling popcorn. Maybe our budget can be balanced with the sale of popcorn. Change this form of government and get these jokers out of office.
Tue, 11/18/2008 - 10:13pm
After viewing this I feel even worse ...every 365 days I fork over 5 grand to these idiots??? and for what??? for what???nothing that's what. To be scared to walk to wawa at night. Park Blvd looks worse then the roads in Iraq. Our town is crap, and now I know why.
Tue, 11/18/2008 - 9:38pm
Recall Troiano and Davenport! How any one could continue to support these arrogant tyrants is beyond comprehension. No wonder Ernie never wanted these videos to reach the light of day for a wide viewing audience. What an arrogant petty dictator. Thank you and bravo Demarzo.
Tue, 11/18/2008 - 6:16pm
Thank you Commissioner Demarzo for showing the meeting ,Mayor your lieing why needing another truck for a DIEING TOWN ,we have fire trucks that doesnot even have enough drivers to respond to a fire. Troiano your a disscrase to a public elected offical You are killing our town wake up look around the GHOST TOWN . You are lieing again the cost of truck is the berden of tax payers to FIX IT ,PAINT IT, SUPPLY IT and to maintain it. Mr. Mayor you are conducter of ruining Wildwood .
Tue, 11/18/2008 - 5:54pm
Ernie is a great Mayor and loves this City. He pours his heart and soul into this City to try and make it a better place to live. Gary Demarzo does not support this community. It is rare that you see him at a community function, and if he does show up he is normally late or only comes to show his face for a short time. Davenport and Troiano show up early and stay the enitre time of the events. The Mayor does have a temper but controls it, But like said b4 if pushed too hard he is gonna speak his miind, just like anyone of us would do. DeMarzo plays for the camera. He knows since HE is tapping it that all he has to do is keep pushing Ernie or Bill and they will eventually go off, and it makes him happy. Demarzo is nothing but a manipulator. Chris D'Amico made several great points in his speech. He called Demarzo out on NEVER giving a way to cut expenses-especially since DeMarzo is in charge of Revenue & Finance. Additionally DeMarzo should and needs to publicly appoligize to the wondeful volunteers that we have on this island. Stop wasting OUR tax money DeMarzo on frivilous law suits and investigations and do something productive.
Tue, 11/18/2008 - 5:22pm
Gary...be part of the solution, not part of the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "You're coming off stupid" Will Farrell Step Brothers
Tue, 11/18/2008 - 4:20pm
I have known Ernie for almost 20 years and while anyone will tell you he has a temper it is not until he is pushed too far. It is very clear that in the November 12th video Demarzo went way too far for his letter accusing the volunteers for purchasing the truck illegally. They come out for nothing 24/7/365 and do not need some one in Gary's position making accusations. Bill was right just ask.
Demarzo needs to be put in his place. He owes many people in this town an apology but I doubt he is man enough to do it.
Tue, 11/18/2008 - 4:20pm
Gary needs to get a life!!!!!! His complaints are asinine. The only thing he can come up with is that we need to lower taxes and he's real good at pointing fingers.....wow, he missed his calling....he should have been a rocket scientist....anybody can point fingers...find a solution that makes sense...Gary....nobody wants to pay taxes...but taxation is state law....taxes are not going anywhere and the tax burden is spread across the board fairly, just like NJ law has subscibed it to be...I liked your idea too about bidding out every engineering job....that is very puerile of you....bid out every job???? So nothing gets done??? So we, in the end, wind up paying more in taxes for such services....it seems as though you just want your fifteen mintues of fame...you're a ***....a ***....please roll back under upon the rock up sprung!!!!!
Tue, 11/18/2008 - 4:05pm
Can someone explain what the problem would be?
Tue, 11/18/2008 - 3:51pm
I am particularly disturbed by the 10/22/08 video which is 31 minutes long. Starting at around 26 minutes Mayor Troiano starts calling the people who have been writing letters (and signing their names to them) to the editor liars. He says everything they write is untrue and lies. Why didn't he respond to them by writing his own letters setting them straight if they aren't correct. Maybe because he doesn't have a defense. This guy is an embarrasment. How did he ever get elected to this position? Oh, I fogot, there's an investigation into voter fraud pertaining to the 5/8/07 Municipal Election. Can't wait for the Recall. It can't come soon enough.

WOW!!!!!!!100 PERCENT TOTAL DISGRACE!!! HOW A COMMISSIONER/MAYOR CAN ACT IN THIS MANNER IS UNROFESSIONAL AND A TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THE TAXPAYER WHO VOTED HIM INTO OFFICE. THIS ARGUEMENT BEGAN OVER A CONVERSATION AS TO THE PURCHASE OF A USED FIRE TRUCK FOR THE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT. CAN YOU THINK OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN OVER A PURCHASE FOR A TRASH TRUCK, OR AN AMBULANCE, OR MAYBE A OLICE CAR. IF COMMISSIONER DEMARZO IS IN CONFLICT WITH ANY VOTES CONCERNING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, HOW CAN THE MAYOR NOT, REPEAT NOT, IB IN CONFLICT WHEN HE IS THE DEPUTY CHIEF OF THE HOLLY BEACH FIRE COMPANY AND THEIR TREASURE, AND CONTINUE TO VOTE AND ACT IN OFFICIAL CAPACITY AS MAYOR......WHAT'S THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!

Wow, and men talk about women--------------VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT OF A MAYOR! Anger managment should strongly be considered.
It is time to 'CLEAN OUT THE ENTIRE HOUSE'.......................we need professionalism and leadership that will bring us back to a successful town. New leadership is key to Wildwood's future and success. For 1.3 miles of area City hall covers there is 1.3 thousand miles of BS going on right now in City Hall. TOO MUCH DRAMA gentlemen!!
Why does anyone want to sit in on this BS. This is what happens at those meetings....UNPROFESSIONAL NAME CALLING when called on the carpet.
WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT IT IS AND WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY TAXPAYERS OF WILDWOOD!!!!
STAND TALL, SIGN THE RECALL!!
