The Cape May County Democratic Organization has opened its headquarters for this campaign season.
"This is such an exciting election. So many people want to help. We are fortunate to have a headquarters staffed by so many dedicated volunteers said County Chairman Jim Pickering. "People believe that this is the year for change in America and right here in Cape May County."
The headquarters is located on 927 Court House - South Dennis Road in South Dennis, just south of the Southville Corner Diner. The Headquarters began operation October 3 and will continue seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. through election day, Nov 4.
Area women and men have pledged to get out the vote for Presidential Candidate Barack Obama, Vice Presidential candidate Joe Biden as well as Congressional candidate Dave Kurkowski and county candidate George Hallet. In addition, the headquarters will be supporting local township Democratic candidates.

you mean the Republicans who have done nothing but provide great leadership of a county that has some of the best attributes in that state? including property taxes, balanced budgets, and award winning services? i hope the Democrats are renting this space.

Its about time!!!! It is also about time to finally see Democratic NAMES on the ballot to vote for! Time to oust the Republicans who have been entrenched and feeding greedily from the Cape May County public trough for years.
