
COURT HOUSE — On Friday, Sept. 26, members of the Middle Township Major Crimes Unit arrested Gregory Straub, a 37-year-old self employed painter from Court House and charged him with burglary and theft.
Straub is charged with breaking into Raff’s Recycling in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Sept. 24 and taking the cash register. Straub was identified through the video surveillance system that captured the alleged burglary.
Straub was remanded to county jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail set by Municipal Court Judge Peter Tourison.
Patrolman Julio Ruiz, Detective Doug Osmundsen and Investigator Mark Higginbottom investigated.
