WILDWOOD — Crest Savings Bank's ornate building at 3301 Pacific Ave. marked its centennial on Friday, Sept. 19 with ceremonies that included Mayor Ernie Troiano presenting Crest President and CEO Jay Ford with a resolution attesting to the city's appreciation for the work that kept the historic building a bank.
The building, home office of the former Marine National Bank, is the only building in the county that has continued a bank for over 100 years, according to a Crest Savings release.
