Yes, there was definately alcohol involved here. Perhaps this woman came to out of a black out from drinkingl? You can move around pretty good in a black out. You are not asleep in a black out. You just do not remember what you do or say Also, I heard that the police were called to this residence earlier in the evening.

To the person who wrote that they need to do further investigation. For my brother I really need anyone to come forward with any information that will help us get this over with... It will help us out so much again anyone with any information or anyone that was at the party and saw her beggin him to stay we would really be thankful.,.. I was at a high school party and my friend was drunk and he was talking to a girl that was drunk. The two decided to have sex, they both consented. However, the next morning, I guess the girl regreted it, and accused my friend of rape. He was arrested, booked, but was found innocent... but the damage was already done. He has to carry that on his back for a very long time. I guess what I am trying to say is that these situations need to be handled delicately. The guy always gets the bad wrap in these situations (I'm not saying the guy in this one wasn't a ***), but when there is alcohol involved things need to be looked at a little more thouroughly.

SO you did bring ppl back to your home , your drunk from under age drinking, you tell people to leave, and not making sure they all left before you " fell asleep as oposed to passing out" one stayed in the house ? or was it next morning regrets ? yeah i think i'll go with the supid is as stupid does poster.

i AM the girl.. who was sexually assaulted.
andddd for the one who posted.. milk and soda..
if you JUST need to know..
we WERE at a party.
then left .. and went to my house for about 30 mins.
i asked everyone to leave. but obviously.. only one didnt.

further investigation is needed. There are witnesses who state that she knew he was there and begged him to stay. Where is the investigation before charging a young man with a serious charge like this. ***

9/19 @ 2:51, so by your reasoning because the lady had been drinking (not sure the truth to it, just your statement) she deserves to be assualted or even should expect it. Somebody ought to follow your perfect life and take advantage of you the first time you slip up, then tell us if it simply is stupid is as stupid does.
