An adult painting workshop for beginners to advanced levels will be held on Thursdays, Oct. 2, 9 and 16, 10 a.m. to noon at the Wetlands Institute, 1075 Stone Harbor Blvd., Stone Harbor.
Cost is $110 for members and $135 for nonmembers and includes materials.
Paint like a plein air painter, only indoors, with Patty Moses who will teach the class.
Learn to use your own photos as reference for painting in the studio by identifying the main idea, editing details and using value, color, edges and perspective to express yourself in a painterly way.
