based upon the facts that the State Troopers are wearing their foul weather uniforms in this picture, and it was during the weekend of the Bike weekend in Wildwood, when "terrible"(sarcasm) tropical storm Hanna hit, I'd say that it is likely that the roads were wet.

Regardless, this could have very well been a car. One headlight is just as good as two, a car that was black would have probably been in an accident just like this motorcycle.
Can the Herald call the state police and see if they can get any updated information regarding this accident?

Its been over a week, one person is dead, we know barely anything. Even the Press of AC had more information.

I Think all of you have *** issues... ok some insensitive jerk made a bad comment... I'm sure your beloved Tad wants you all to be sitting on a local newspaper board bashing each other. You all make me sick... light guy, best friends, and family included. Go mourn your loss and stop being ***.

Who the heck cares about your *** traffic light? I great person and good friend lost his life because some *** pulled out in front of a motorcycle. Pay attention, hang up the cell phone and drive like you are supposed to...paying attention to the road and your surroundings. This accident happened around 1 am, how do you not see the headlight of the motorcycle coming at you? The driver of the truck was an ***....was he drunk? Follow-up on your report and post the details. It has been almost a week and we know nothing more. Is there a cover-up? Who knows who down there in Upper Township. Rest in peace Tadd, you will be missed by many.

It appears from the picture that the motorcycle hit the truck head on , is it possiable that the roads were slick and the motorcycle lost control ? and that this was a tragic accident ?

My family and I grew up with him and have been friends with him for about our entire lives. It a true tragedy what happened to him. He was a good person. He will truly be missed. May he not have suffered for one bit. Nobody deserves that. RIP Tad

Sorry but we "backwoods lowlifes" can afford houses that cost more then an entire block of your row homes.
It might look like the sticks, but take a drive into some of the residential areas. Maybe you're mistaking the area for Tuckahoe, which does have some "backwoods" kind of homes, but its an older area, older homes.

To the person on Tuesday at 4pm....Are you some sort of *******? One of OURS not yours? It doesn't matter if your'e shoobie or what. Somebody DIED!! IT's attitudes like YOURS that we ahem, "backwoods lowlifes" hate. By the way, did you ever do your homework? Many of those "backwoods lowlifes" are "transplants" from the 'burbs of Philly like you? Grow up.....

I live in upper twp.It sickens me to think that anyone would place the importance of a traffic light over a human life.how do you sleep at night?my heart goes out to the friends and family of the deceased.please don't think that the view of one disturbed individual reflects the thougts and feelings of the entire township.

Tad was a great, funny guy who will be missed very much. I, for one, hope you DONT get the damn light now because you sound like a bunch of backwoods lowlifes that dont understand the value of life or what's important. We lost one of OURS not yours. You dont deserve to have known him. LDR

We don't know yet exactly what happened that early morning to take our friend Tad away from us. But hopefully all of you people that saw the story and our reading about it will be a lot more careful when you are in your cars or trucks. PAY ATTENTION TO THE GUY OR GIRL ON THEIR MOTORCYCLE. Look before you pull out.........put the*** cell phones down.

Sat, 09/06/2008 - 6:11pm

My brother is dead; I hope it's what you need to get you your light. But in the meantime, don't rely on lights to decide when you do or do not pull out into traffic.

This is no reason to be saying things like that. If you braging about the death is something Ok in your eyes then you need help. This guy has a Family who are now having to live without him. This is a NO JOKING MATTER. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Sat, 09/06/2008 - 11:22am

well maybe if it wasnt for the owner of the business plaza where Guiseppes is located, there would be one. The guy refused to close his one driveway, which is where the light would be.

We dont even know if this intersection was the cause of the accident, it could have been a head on accident on 50. Dont assume it was the intersection and CHEER that a man is DEAD. I'm sure he has his family. Do you think your children would be happy reading that someone is HAPPY that your husband died, and now they get a traffic light?!

You need to see a doctor or something, you have no respect.

Sat, 09/06/2008 - 10:53am

Why in the world would you say some thing so horriable? "We Finally Killed One Now maybe we will get the traffic light that we have been promised for the pass ten years."

What in the he!! is wrong with you? This person has a family! Your a complete a$$hole!
