ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:

Kathleen Brown, 56, of North Cape May, failure to display inspection certificate; fail to exhibit insurance card; unregistered vehicle. $445 fine and costs.

Joseph M. Bryne, 57, of North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.

John Donahue, 19, of Court House, unsafe driving. $528 fine and costs.

Justin Freeling, 19, of Villas, possession of alcohol by a minor. $658 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation.

Thomas Hamilton. 23, of Villas, driving while suspended. $539 fine and costs; 30 days drivers license revocation.

Monica Magill, 25, of North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license.

Lisa Matalucci, 29, of Ocean View, obstructing-interfering with passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.

Nicholas Morency, 37, of Villas, unsafe driving. $359 fine and costs.

Crystal Osborn, of Villas, fail to exhibit insurance cad. $189 fine and costs.

Peter Perez, 18, of Rio Grande, speeding. $139 fine and costs.

Tairea Terry, 35, of Atlantic City, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.

Bryan Travis, 41, of Cape May, using cell phone while driving. $109 fine and costs.

Maria Altamuro, 50, of Sicklerville, fail to report accident. $109 fine and costs.

Hung Linh, 51, of Atlantic City, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license suspension.

Mary Spence, 23, of North Cape May, $672 fine and costs (with civil reservation.)

Brian Thompson 22, of Whitesboro, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.

Jerry Handlovsky, 45, of Villas, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.

Heide Hughes, 42, of Villas, driving while intoxicated. Driving while intoxicated. $764 fine and costs; nine months drivers license revocation.

Kim Keeler, 42, of Villas, driving while intoxicated. $864 fine and costs; two years drivers license and registration revocation.

John Leszczynski, 28, of Villas, driving while intoxicated; driving while suspended. $1,173 fine and costs; seven months and 90 days drivers license revocation.

Joseph Salladino, 31, of Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license, unsafe driving. $578 fine and costs.

Diane Wareham, 26, of North Cape May, driving while suspended. $1039 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation.
