CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE - Cape May County Prosecutor Robert L. Taylor and Chief Joseph Evangelista of Middle Township Police Department announced the development of new information in the investigation into the 1990 homicide of Craig White.

Based upon information received recently from a credible witness, a number of locations have been identified as possible areas in which White’s remains may have been disposed of following his murder.

The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office, the Middle Township Police Department and the New Jersey State Police will be conducting extensive searches involving highly sophisticated ground search techniques to establish possible burial sites.

Geophysical Survey Systems, a private company specializing in subsurface imaging, will assist law enforcement in this investigation.

no one is jumping to conclusion its well known fact that jesse killed craig anyone with a lick of sense knows that and its also been a well known fact by jesse's family that he killed craig and that the body would NEVER be found but what people are failing to realize is that jesse himself is the reason why he is locked up because he not only TOLD his family he killed craig he felt the need to inform any and everyone where he touched down at while he was on the run that he killed craig so now its all coming back to haunt him. people want to assume for jesse's sake that craig is on the run but even a first year law student knows that there is a statue of limitation on ALL crimes except MURDER and craig could have easily came back 7 yrs after the charges were filed against him and had nothing happen to him and even if that is not the case why keep running for 18+ yrs when he could have come home served his time in been out along time ago what needs to be asked is why someone who thinks of himself to be so smart didnt realize that there is no statue of limitation on murder which is why is throwed off as* felt comfortable coming back into town because he felt like NOTHING was going to happen to him killing of a piece of worthless trash that didnt even entertain the thought of going on the run with his sorry as* and she needs to be locked up along with him because she may not know where that body is but she was there when he killed him and jesse went through way to much to place the blame on others as well as family members so be careful who you stick up for now he wants to act like the victim no the victim is craig his son and mother and the rest of his family who have been deprieved of their love one over some foolishness behind a 2 bit whore who was sleeping with the whole cape may county now wants to sit up acting as if she is some house wife her husband better watch and i hope she gets no peace either

Anyone here who jumps to conclusions concerning such a serious accusation involving so many people, friend of the family or not, is evil.

Let's see what comes of this. There are two sides to the story, and noone knows them all until there is a trial and the facts are all pooled in one place.

I wish that all this would go away so our family could have some peace of mind its a good thing that the police are going through all of this to prove that Jessie did kill Craig. And i pray that Jessie will never sleep again and this will haunt him for the rest of his life. I want him to rot in hell for all the things that he has put Craigs mother through and the rest of the family. I just wish that he would confess and get it over with. In reality its not up to the courts what happens to him cause theres only one person that he will have to answer to and one day that will happen. Until then I wish the worse for him. JM

I'd be investigating this witness, and also find something to charge him with(failure to report a crime) You don't go and keep your mouth shut about a murder for 18 years, and then decide--ok I'm going to tell them I know where the body is. He probably had something to do with it.

I pray they find something so the family can finaly have some closure, and those involved get what is coming to them that they deserve.

Maybe he waited 18 years because the main suspect wasn't in custody? Now that Watkins is behind bars the witness is less fearful of retribution.

You mean to tell me this person just now is finding out about the possible locations..... Come on...
How credible if coming forward 18 years later.............
