COURT HOUSE -- A fast-moving thunderstorm on Aug. 10 delivered nearly a half inch of rain and hail on the county seat.
The deluge took place shortly after 10 a.m. Dark thunder clouds approached from the south, delivered their precipitation, then seemed to head north.
