
All ages--children, teens and adults-- are invited to a special event as Cape May County Library presents, “Video Games on Tour at the Library.”
New and experienced gamers are welcome. Or if you’re just curious to see what the new wave of video games is all about, stop by.
The latest video games for the Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360 are available. Both games feature community gaming in an enjoyable setting.
Video Games on Tour at the Library will be from 12-3 p.m. on:
•Monday, Aug. 25 at Cape May City Public Library, Ocean and Hughes streets, 884-9568
•Tuesday, Aug. 26 at Lower Township Public Library, 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas, 886-8999
•Wednesday, Aug. 27 at Wildwood Crest Public Library, 6301 Ocean Ave. 522-0564
•Thursday, Aug. 28 at Sea Isle City Public Library, 125 John F. Kennedy Blvd. 263-8485
•Friday, Aug. 29 at Upper Township Public Library, 2050 Route 631, 628-2607
Nintendo Wii will offer Wii Sports, a variety of games such as bowling, baseball, and golf and Mario Kart. Wii uses the controls like a steering wheel in a race against 12 other players.
Xbox360 features the game Rock Band. Players team up with other players and participate by being the lead singer, guitarist, or drummer in a rock band. Players will work as a team performing some of the greatest rock songs of the past 50 years
