Just wondering what parade you were at ? I didn't see any blacktop ,I DIDN'T HEAR OR SEE ANY CHILDREN CRYING.I thought it was great that water and juice was given out.My granddaughter might have been one of the stupid costumes she still hasn't stopped talking about it how much fun she had!

HMMMM... sounds like somebodys bitter that maybe their child didnt place. And embracing your beautiful children is hardly child abuse, its just means your a proud parent!!

Hey, lets take our kids out and make them walk around on the black top when it is 90 some degrees out. This should be child abuse, let alone the stupid costumes.
