NORTH WILDWOOD -- It's not only human visitors that flock to the historic Hereford Inlet Lighthouse on a daily basis.
The gardens surrounding the structure at the north end of Central Avenue attract a variety of creatures, including squirrels and birds, butterflies and other insects.
The lighthouse also features a gift shop and paths which lead to the city's jogging path atop its seawall.
