
STONE HARBOR — On July 18 at approximately 1:25 a.m., police here responded to a report of a fight in the area of 94th Street and Third Avenue.
A group had dispersed prior to police arrival, but witnesses stated that one of the fighters was armed with a pipe-like weapon. Police later recovered a collapsible metal baton from the area.
Following an investigation, police arrested Anthony M. Zwickle, of Pittsburg, Pa., who allegedly struck Dominic L. Ruccella, 20, of Cleveland, Ohio in the head with the baton.
Zwickle, 18, was charged with aggravated assault and weapons offenses. He was released after posting 10 percent of $15,000 bail.
Ruccella was treated and released from Cape Regional Medical Center.
