Strong-Arm Robbery Means Arrests for Four Middle Youths
NORTH WILDWOOD — Four Middle Township youths were arrested for their part in an alleged strong-arm robbery of a West Chester, Pa. couple.
According to North Wildwood police, the four males followed the couple from Wildwood into North Wildwood.
They then assaulted the male, knocked him to the ground, and demanded money from the male and the female’s purse.
They fled the scene, but were arrested by North Wildwood and Wildwood police on Juniper Avenue, Wildwood.
Arrested were:
Cory A. Gaskins, 19, of Atlantic Avenue, Court House; a 16-year0old Whitesboro male; a 17-year-old Whitesboro male and a 16-year-old male from Court House.
Gaskins was charged with robbery and conspiracy. He was remanded to county jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail set by Municipal Court Judge Louis Belasco.
The two Whitesboro youths were charged with robbery, conspiracy and assault.
The Court House youth was charged with robbery and conspiracy.
The juveniles were released to their parents’ custody pending a court appearance.
The victim of the assault was treated at the scene by North Wildwood Fire-Rescue and released.

I think the only reason they youths are committing crimes is out of a need for a long term relationship.They know they will get a cellmate boyfriend when they are incarserated in jail.

No Law enforcement that is obviously doing what needs to be done.

Good job Herald I didn't see this article in the Press. I think we need to know what's happening locally. Did anyone see this article anywhere else??? I hope the kid is sitting in prison thinking about his stupid actions. Probably doesn't care.

I don't see too much of that down here in Florida. You can legally shoot them and 1 out of every 50 people can legally carry a gun. The muggers don't like the odds. Last year we had two "youths" try and rob a subway restaurant. They took one of the customers into the bathroom to work him over. He was an old guy with a .45. He shot the one in the bathroom, then shot the other at the counter. He's getting free sub's the rest of his life.
