This is very true, everything I work with measuring either weight, length or even time must all be certified by the department of wights and measurements. How can these towns get away with not certifying their parking meters, when contractors and stores are forced to certify even a simple tape measure?

THE PARKING METERS ARE NOT LEGAL ,THEY ARE NOT CERTIFIED BY STATE DEPT. OF WEIGHTS AND MEASUREMENTS. IT IS THE LAW THAT ANY TYPE OF SCALE OR METER BE CERTIFEID.THERE FOR THEY ARE VIOLATING STATE LAWS FACE A LARGE FINE FROM STATE
