Del Haven Stove Fire Quickly Extinguished

DEL HAVEN — Green Creek and Rio Grande volunteer firefighters were summoned to 14 S. Ninth St., at 2:21 p.m. for a report of a structure fire.
First Middle Township police officer on scene at 2:27 p.m. reported smoke coming from the residence.
The fire was a small stove fire that was quickly extinguished by the time firefighters responded.
County Fire Marshal personnel were sent to determine the cause of that fire at 2:39 p.m.
There is no further information.
