COURT HOUSE — The Cape May County Library will host a “Home Buyer and Seller’s Seminar” at 6 p.m. on May 28th at the Main Branch of the County Library, 30 Mechanic St.
Those who attend will be informed consumers by learning the process of selling and buying a home.
One’s home usually represents the largest investment they will make in a lifetime. By getting familiar with the individual steps of the buying and selling process, they can reduce stress and make better decisions to protect that investment.
This seminar will include:
• Interviewing a real estate agent
• Getting pre-qualified for a loan
• Credit scores
• Home inspections
• Title insurance
• Comparative market analysis
• Marketing
• Negotiating and settlement
The seminar will be presented by Vickie Banks, Grayce Kelleher and Suzanne Webb, of Sticks and Dirt, Inc. Collectively, they have over 75 years of experience in real estate. The first 15 people will receive a free copy of a market analysis.

Why aren't Lou Arpa and Kim Heathcote from Superior Mortgage in North Wildwood involved in this? Lou and his team have helped us several times in the past. Great people!
