The Strathmere Ensemble Christmas performance. This will be the group’s third appearance in Sea Isle City, and Councilperson John Divney referred to it as an “excellent show,” saying that reviews of their previous shows were outstanding.The Strathmere Ensemble consists of a group of freelance professional musicians from all over the world, based mainly in New York City. The group was founded in 1996 by John T. Kulowitsch who has a home in Strathmere, NJ.

Performing at this show will be Mitsuru Tsubota, principle violinist; Eriko Sato, violin; Mioi Takeda, violin; Louise Schulman, viola; Daire FitzGerald, cello; John T. Kulowitsch, founder and bassist, and David Oei, piano soloist.
Their program for the evening includes Die Fledermaus Overture, by Johann Strauss Jr.; Various Christmas Carols; Piano Concerto in C major K. 415, by W.A. Mozart and the Nutcracker Suite, by Piotr Tchaikovsky. Their realm of music is Classical/Opera and they are expected to put on a Christmas Show in Sea Isle City that will truly be an event to remember.
