On Tuesday, June 30th, dogs and their owners are invited to participate in Sea Isle’s Dog Show Contest. The event will begin at 7:30 P.M. on The Promenade at JFK Boulevard. Beacon Animal Rescue will return to help with registration and judging for the event and Cheryl Alessandrine will MC the show.
There will be multiple categories and pet participants are encouraged to dress their best, wearing costumes and accessories to fit their personality or a theme. The dogs will be able to show off their costumes and talents to the audience at different times during the event.
First through third place prizes will be awarded in four categories. The categories include Best Costume, Best Pet Trick, Best Groomed, and Cutest Dog. There will also be an overall Best of Show winner who will be chosen from the category winners. Owners are reminded that all animals must be leashed.
